		<description>I used farm-raised shrimp from Trader Joe&#039;s for this recipe and found the shrimp themselves were not that flavorful. The next time I will only buy wild-caught shrimp as they do taste better. This recipe, however, saved the shrimp with its&#039; delicious flavors. My breading didn&#039;t really brown too much, but this was not a issue. The cayenne and garlic gave it spicy heat with lemony accents, and we love it that way. Another keeper recipe from Kitten!</description>
