The next time I will only buy wild-caught shrimp as they do taste better. This recipe, however, saved the shrimp with its' delicious flavors. My breading didn't really brown too much, but this was not a issue. The cayenne and garlic gave it spicy heat with lemony accents, and we love it that way. Another keeper recipe from Kitten!
