Glazed Strawberries and Cream Dessert
An easy recipe taken from my “Favorite Desserts” folder! plan ahead there is an 6 hour chilling time before using… and as if this dessert was not delicious enough to take this to yet another level use a chocolate Oreo crumb crust posted HERE
Servings 12
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crumb recipe to fit a 13 x 9-inch baking pan posted HERE
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2-1/2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1 (12-ounce) container Cool Whip frozen topping, thawed
1-1/2 quarts fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (8-ounce) jar ready to use strawberry glaze
Instructions:—————————————-
Prepare the graham cracker crust as directed in the recipe to fit into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate the crust for 10 minutes before filling.
In a bowl beat he cream cheese with confectioners sugar until smooth and combined.
Fold in the Cool Whip topping until combined.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
After the chilling time layer the strawberry slices over the top then drizzle the glaze over the glaze over the berries
