Turned out wonderful, tender, juicy and luscious!! Served it with new potatoes and steamed asparagus for Sunday dinner. The leftovers were also tasty the next day over brown rice cooked in beef broth with mixed veggies. A wonderful versatile recipe, thanks Kitten!!!
