Kitten’s Buttermilk Ranch Salad Dressing

An excellent creamy dressing, perfect for a veggie dip or a salad, this needs at least 2 or more hours of chilling time before serving to blend the flavors
Yield 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
1-2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
3-4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:———————————–

In a food processor process all ingredients together until well blended.

Transfer to a glass jar.

Refrigerate 2 or more hours to blend flavors.
