Have you ever made this with just chicken breast?
Hi Christal..
sure you can use boneless skinless chicken breast but the cooking time will need to be reduced slightly
I used boneless skinless thighs and chicken breasts, and the breast meat was a little dry. I should have cut the cooking time down some. But even so, the sauce is REALLY good! This is a great way to make something new out of crock-pot chicken. We loved this:)
