Low-Fat Mandarin Orange Cake

Moist light and guilt-free with about 220 calories, 5 grams of fat and 0 cholesterol per serving, don’t add in any ingredients from the box only the ingredients stated on this recipe and add in the juice from the canned mandarin oranges

Servings 15

INGREDIENTS:

1 (18-1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (11 ounce) can mandarin, undrained

4 large egg whites

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

INSTRUCTIONS:——————————-

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients (including the juice from the canned oranges) beat on low speed for 2 minutes (the mandarin oranges will break up into small pieces).

Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cake tests done.

Cool then frost with a fat free frosting.
