Blue Cheese Biscuit Pull-Aparts
Taken from my “Favorites” folder!
Servings 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 1/3 ounce) package Pillsbury Grands Homestyle biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (can omit)
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:———————————-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Generously grease an 8 x 8-inch glass baking pan (it is advised to use a glass pan so you can see if the biscuits are browned on the bottom).
In a small saucepan melt butter with garlic, then stir in the blue cheese until melted and smooth.
Slice each biscuit into 6 pieces.
Pour the blue cheese mixture into the baking dish.
Place the pieces of dough into the baking dish on top of the blue cheese/butter mixture (making certain that all the pieces are touching each other and crowded in the pan).
Bake according to package directions (about 13-17 minutes) or until golden brown on underside of pan (since you are using a glass pan you can check to see if the buns are browned underneath).
When the biscuits are done and browned invert onto a plate, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve hot or warm.
