Corn Pudding

Taken from my “Favorites” folder!….

Don’t wait for any holiday to serve this it goes great with anything and doubles very well, feel free to add in some cayenne pepper… I most always do!

Servings 8-10

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 (15-1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained(can use Mexicorn)

1 (14-3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn

INSTRUCTIONS:———————————–

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 1-1/2-quart baking dish.

In a large bowl combine sugar, flour and garlic powder; whisk in the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper.

Stir in the corn and cream-style corn.

Pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

    I love corn pudding. I just printed this out. I know if it’s a Kittencal recipe it’s going to be the bomb!!!!
