I made these for dinner last night, and they were excellent! I made them almost exactly, only substituting turkey pepperoni for the salami and sprinkling a little Italian seasoning blend on the outside of the tortillas after rolling them. We may never make pizza again, since these are much better than pizza. Thanks Cal:)
Really easy and delicious. I used sliced thin roast beef and turkey also some salami. In place of the provolone I used a bacon and cheddar sliced cheese all rollled up w/the mozza. Perfecto!!! A great saturday night supper appy for DH.
