Skillet Velveeta Macaroni And Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

2-1/2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (garlic lovers can increase)

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1-1/2 cups light cream

3/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

INSTRUCTIONS:——————————

Cook macaroni according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet melt butter, onion powder and garlic powder over medium heat.

Stir in flour until smooth.

Gradually add cream; bring to a boil, then cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Reduce heat to low then stir in cheese until melted.

Drain macaroni then add to cheese mixture.

Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
