Servings 10-12 (in my case only one I could eat this whole thing myself!)

INGREDIENTS:

2 (3 ounce) packages ladyfingers, split

3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1 (16 ounce) jar Smucker’s hot fudge ice cream topping, divided

1 (8 ounce) package toffee bits (or can use Skor chocolate bars, crushed)

3 cups chocolate ice cream, coftened

3 cups coffee ice cream, softened

INSTRUCTIONS:——————————————

Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.

Arrange the ladyfingers around the edge and on the bottom of a pan.

Spoon the softened vanilla ice cream into the pan.

Top with one-third of the hot fudge ice cream and one-third of the toffee bits; freeze for 30 minutes.

Repeat the layers using chocolate and coffee ice cream and toffee bits (the pan will be full!).

Freeze until very firm.
