Easy Marshmallow Caramel Graham Bars
No servings I could eat the whole pan myself! ![]()
Make certain to cool completely before slicing, feel free to sprinkle walnuts or pecans with the marshmallows, use as many graham crackers as need to line the bottom of the pan, you may need to break some to fill in spaces
INGREDIENTS:
whole graham crackers (use as many as needed)
3/4 cup butter (no substitutes)
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (if you are a cinnamon love use 1 teaspoon)
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
mini marshmallows (use as many as needed to cover the top)
INSTRUCTIONS:—————————————
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Generously grease an 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Line the bottom with whole graham crackers, cutting or breaking if needed to fit the pan.
In a small saucepan combine the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon; bring to a simmer over medium heat stirring constantly and cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved (about 2 minutes) remove from heat then mix in the vanilla.
Pour over the crackers.
Sprinkle marshmallows over the top using as many as need to cover (does not have to cover completely).
Bake for about 15-17 minutes or until marshamallows are just lightly golden brown.
Cool completely then cut into squares.
