Baked Breaded Burgers

Servings 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound ground beef

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 cup Heinz 57  steak sauce

3 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup seasoned coating mix, divided (such as Shake N Bake Coating mix)

4 hamburger buns, split

INSTRUCTIONS:——————————————

In a bowl, combine the  ground beef with next 4 ingredients and 3 tablespoons of coating mix.

Shape into four patties.

Coat both sides of patties in remaining coating mixture.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes, remove pan, using a spatula turn patties, return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve on buns with lettuce.
